Just completed my ninth archery hunt with Southern Illinois trophy bow hunting and couldn’t be more happy with the way the hunt went.i use a Matthews bow and slick trick broadheads fixed blade . I’ve hunted in Kansas and northern Illinois and I must say southern Illinois trophy bow hunting is hands down number one!!!!! The owner Mike Hasting and guide Brian Marks go above and beyond to try to get you that trophy Whitetail .. The food and the old farmhouse setting could not be more country then what you would expect in an Illinois hunt so peaceful and quiet and relaxing!!! Hands down Mike and Brian have a huge respect for their hunters and will accommodate you in anyway possible .... Stan locations and access to your stand are marked clearly for you to get in and out without a problem... as for myself in nine years I’ve had opportunity at Boone and Crockett and pope and young bucks!!! Their hunt is first class and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.Sincerely Dave Fisher
